Well this was the closest so far as to what I am looking for I sent a massage aday ago about that to get what I am looking for I had to turn them inside out and wear them that way. The opening for the call of nature still needs an "O" ring for easy releaf so you do not wet yourself.

The stretch and comfort are spot on. I actually wear them inside out because of how the underwear actually hold my units up. I prefer this. I've have 2 surgeries and it just feels better and more supportive.

These are excellent. comfortable and versatile. I want more of these ,
