Good Quality but CW2436 Not Ideal for Filled Bars

Overall I’m very pleased with the quality of the equipment I ordered from Zucchero. The materials feel durable, the finish is excellent, and they perform well for chocolate work. The only issue I encountered was with the chocolate bar tablet mold (CW2436), described online as a “spacious mold perfect for filled tablets and inclusion bars.” Based on the product photos, I expected the cavities to be deeper. When it arrived, it became clear that the mould isn’t deep enough to comfortably produce filled chocolate bars, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall quality of the molds is very good, and aside from this one detail, I’m happy with the purchase.
