Two Privacy fence screens purchased

I purchased two privacy fence screens (4 x 25) and (4 x 50) The look nice; however, I am wondering why there was a couple of blue zip ties attached to a couple of grommets.....did I receive a used item? (4 x 50) I don't mind since the item is in good condition; however, shouldn't used items be discounted? Maybe it is not a used item; but why the blue zip ties? Still, I would recommend this company to anyone needing such items! The delivery was good and company website is user friendly.
