I think 4 stars is not on merit but the computer is super ok. The customer service is slow and unresponsive having to chase day by day.. Not great!!

I recently bought the Nitro bundle from Direct Computers as a first gaming PC for myself and my daughters. Having been a console gamer most of my life, this whole experience was completely new to me. The PC arrived well packaged and the setup was really straightforward. After shopping around and comparing other retailers, DC offered the best value by far. I ordered during the Christmas break and once DC reopened in the new year, their communication was spot on. Very friendly and efficient, with everything sent as they had communicated. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily recommend Direct Computers to anyone looking for a prebuilt gaming PC
