did not disappoint - cook it properly
Divine. I cooked it a little longer/different than described on their site but it was lights out, did not disappoint. Took us back to a recent tasting we had at a michelin star restaurant in Denver. Cant wait to serve up the next cut.

The most creative title ever!
This stuff is really good! It pays to know the best ways to cook it though… I’m not saying if you cook it just like a regular steak you won’t enjoy it but if you know how and what to use it on there is no comparison between it and every other steak out there.

Definitely should buy
The marbling on this is absolutely insane. It is a super juicy and tender steak. It tastes phenomenal. You will love this steak.
