Purple Capiz Chime with Wood Beads

Beautiful and longer lasting than the usual

This is the second one of these chimes I've bought. I really love them, both for their looks and their soothing sound. What's really great is that the construction, with the strands of shells hanging off a cross-shaped frame, and with the shells separated from each other by beads, makes tangling way, way, way less likely! I have a number of more typical capiz chimes, and I end up spending way too much time laboriously untangling the strands. These have the classic soft, tinkling sound without the tangling issue. (I bought an aqua colored one too!)
