Cocoa Ring Bamboo Chime

Love the chime, not loving the service

Ordered this for a nephew that lost his father. I had written a very nice note to be included. I even called the Phone # and spoke to a representative to make sure it would be included. What I had written was read back to me and was assured it would be in the package. Well, it wasn't. The chime was recieved (and loved) but the family had no clue who it was from. You need to work on this. I would have rated this differently if the product wasn't as good as it was.

They are much bigger than I thought they’d be which i love. They have a good sound and is very relaxing to hear. I love them. They hang perfectly under my porch cover so im hoping that the strings hold up much longer than my previous ones through another company. I would recommend these to friends and family yhey would make awesome gifts!

Just opened it and I love the sound already can’t wait for a little breeze to come in and listen to it through my window
