Poor Customer Service

This order was placed as a gift with an attached note. I emailed and called the company to make sure the chimes were marked as a gift and the note was received. Was told by a customer service that it was in the system as a gift with an attached note and she even read the note back to me. Gift recipient receives the chimes with no indication of who sent it and no attached note. I emailed customer service to let them know what happened and the reply I got back was the standard, “I sincerely apologize.” Not exactly what I was expecting after making a $100 purchase.

I really like the sound of this wind chime. The double octave makes it particularly nice.
