Sounds beautiful but the wooden cap is really wonky.

I love the wind chime sound and look, however the wooden cap above the chimes is really wonky (like 25 degrees off) and as far as I can tell is not something I can adjust unless I restring everything. Customer service if you have some advice please reach out. I can send a video showing the problem.
