I ordered knee and elbow sleeves. When they arrived, the knee sleeveses didn’t fit. They were way too tight. I contacted Christian, informed him of the problem, and he immediately sent me out a new pair after I provided proof that I had sent the old pair back out. He didn’t have to do that, but it’s things like that that keep customers coming back.
