Stunner Lite 3 Lives Up to Its Name
My wife and I received our Stunner Lite 3’s about two weeks ago. There wasn’t much work required to assemble them and Biktrix has a You Tube video that took us through the steps. One thing the video does not show you is how to tighten the handle bar stem so that the handle bars and front tire align. There are two hex screws on the handle bar stem you need to tighten. I would do that before putting on the front wheel. Another thing not shown is how to unlock the shock absorbers on the front forks. (Just turn the blue tab on the right fork counter clockwise.) Once the bike is together it’s then a matter of making some adjustments. Definitely spend some time adjusting the seat, the handle bars, the location of the brake levers, gear changer and LED display. Once the Stunner is set up for you it is a very comfortable bike to ride. The handle bars sweep back and give you a comfortable riding position so that not all your weight is on the bars. There’s a nice combination of pedal assist and gearing which makes for an easy ride. Speaking of the gears you may find them slipping a bit when you first ride the bike, the chain came off my bike on my first ride. All that I needed to do was adjust the tension of the rear derailleur and there are lots of You Tube videos that show you how. It is an easy adjustment (I’m definitely not a bike expert) and I have had no problems since. The Stunner Lite 3 is a fun bike to ride. Biktrix suggests the battery life to be around 70km but I have ridden 65km and the battery is still showing 3 bars. Admittedly I ride the majority of time in pedal assist 1 or 2, occasionally 3 on a hill and rarely 4 on a long steep hill. Astonishingly there are 10 levels of pedal assist (0 - 9) with 9 being the highest! 9 gets you up a hill in about 3 pedal strokes! Fun but drains the battery quickly. There’s also a throttle which is very responsive. We both opted to get suspension seat posts. It’s a worthwhile upgrade as it does help smooth out the bumps on the road somewhat. Both of us are glad we dropped into the new Calgary location and test drove the Stunner Lite 3 e-bike. It’s a great bike and we highly recommend it.

We love the bikes, and the cell phone holder. The only thing we have had a problem with is the fenders rubbing the tires. I found that the fender bracket allows the fender to “ twist to one side at the bracket, enough to rub the tire.

Great Bike
The Stunner Lite 3 Step -Thru is a great bike, very comfortable, riding it is a pleasure, I am still in the process of finding out all the features it has, and is like opening a Christmas gift when you are 8!. The best of all is the BOGO deal, so is not just one but 2, one for my wife and one for me. Waiting until it get warmer to do long rides !!!
