Where are they?

Maybe if you chose a better shipper, we would have them now! Two weeks and still waiting. Seven days to Ontario, seven days sitting somewhere unknown to us. This is an issue with the shipper you have used but it becomes your problem when they don't do their job properly.

I love that the bike is assembled in Canada by a Canadian company. Build quality is superb. I have played around with the different speed assist modes and the accelerator and WOW this bike is super smooth. Eats up hills like a champ. I also took advantage of the option to convert it into a step-through configuration, which I prefer. Love my bike. Thanks Biktrix!
