Tasty cake

Easy cake to make. I used locally sourced olive oil and it was ymmy.I served it with just a sprinkling of powdered sugar on top of a single layer. So popular at our house- I only got one piece! I have yet to bake the other mixes, but I am sure they will be as popular as the almond cake
