Wood forks need more R&D

I bought wood utensils and compostable paper products for this year's National Night Out celebration with a goal to move my neighborhood to zero landfill waste. I watched people struggle with the forks, trying to pick up food as pourous as cake and food as dense as cucumbers. The wood forks were a frustrating experience. I won't use wood utensils again until I see improvement. It saddens me to write this review.
