Great quality product fairly priced . I have tried several ashwagandha root products as well as lions mane in the past few years and I feel this is the best . Its always hard to gauge just how effective these type of products are but I feel on top form after a few weeks of the two I mentioned .

Good product....definitely improved my sleep, which in turn improved my energy levels moving forward in tackling my hectic week and managing stress levels. .
