I used to put the spoon in my coffee and let it dissolve. Now I take it directly from the spoon. Yuck! I don't like the taste, but I enjoy the result.

More energy, stronger immune system. Overall better general well being. I was skeptical at first, and to some degree I think I still am, but I will keep at it. I put it in my tea. It adds an earthy flavour so I usually sweeten it with honey. Their honey sticks are helpful too!
