Okunishirokuhoen - Yorozu

This is a very well-rounded matcha that's bold enough to cut through milk in a latte. It's decidedly grassy as usucha, but that mellows out a lot when drank as an iced latte with milk. The color is pretty vibrant, and the texture is very fine and sifts well! I'd repurchase for sure.
