I love it

I have had this service done professionally and this wand does exactly the same thing! Which means I can do it in the comfort of my own home at a fraction of the cost.

Love the balm stick and I did love the wand until it stopped keeping charge. Ive had this a few months now and use it every morning. I would charge the device once a week and that worked great. Now, I'm having to charge it every other day. So, if you plan on taking it with you on a trip, bring your charger. But again, I really did like it!

Easier to use than the compresses. I think it's working on my dry eyes but I haven't had it that long. It will be easier to travel with than taking a bunch of disposable compresses
