I’ve been working out with Rachael for years. Ever since I discovered her and her workouts, I haven’t trained with anything else—and I’ve never been happier with how I look than I am now.
But the most important thing I got from Rachael is a mindset shift: realizing that I don’t need to train intensely or push myself to exhaustion to have the body I want. That has brought me so much peace and more enjoyment in everyday life.

Great for busy moms!
I have just started this program, so I do not have “results” yet but as far as the actual program goes, I am loving it! As a mom of 3 boys (4 years old and younger) I was really struggling to find a program I could fit into my busy day! I also wanted something a bit more low impact since I am 8 months postpartum and still not really into any sort of fitness routine. This has been great! It is challenging and it is rewarding when I can squeeze a workout in during nap time :) Thank you for creating a program for us busy moms!
