Never too old.
We are approaching 77 and have been eating as healthily as we can for many years but your ten hacks have really raised our game and we feel the benefits even after a few weeks. The veg starter has fired my cook's imagination. Today - steamed broccoli with homemade kale and smoked almond pesto (with apple cider vinegar of course) on a bed of lettuce.
