Love this workout regimen!
These workouts combine strength with a cardio regimen that I can stay with long term! The videos are fun and incorporate stretching to keep our muscles long and not bulky! I’ve been a runner and did weight training for years; this new regimen is such a great lifestyle change! Thank you!
