I find this dry shampoo the best I've used as you choose exactly how much you want (unlike ones in an aerosol can) and the colour blends in well with my hair colour. 4 starrs based on the actual product inside that packaging. Best dry shampoo I've used, and I've tried a few. I like that the packaging is cardboard but the sticker you peel off either rips the surface underneath, making the powder stick to it, or the sticker itself rips and doesn't pull off properly, covering the holes the powder is supposed to come out of and you have to punch through it with something but the sticker is then poking into the hole and the powder doesn't come out well! Also Customer Service is a bit lacking. I hope that's cos they're so busy, not because they're slack. I've had to follow up a question twice and been left waiting several days each time before any contact and it's still not sorted out.
