Underwhelmed

First time buyer from this site but have bought product previously and liked it. Slo website offered a discount for 4+ units so that's what I bought expecting the discount to be calculated at checkout. I checked out and paid without any discount applied! Two days later I saw the product at my supermarket for about 10% less. Not good marketing for your on-line store and very poor for any customer loyalty! I won't be back.

deodorant and lip balm

Great product, thank you. My lip balm did break a bit when I accidentally pushed it up too much, But overall Ive not had this problem before.
