I don’t know how you can tell if it’s working or not but I am proactive on my gum health and I hope it’s working and helping improve that as I am in my 80s now and I’m trying to stay on top of the receding gums and pockets they often create as to a definitive posture about the effectiveness of it. I don’t know how you can tell one way or the other if it’s working other than maybe you have less problems with your gums to that point I really don’t know.
