BioGaia Gastrus® - Probiotic Capsules

I bought these capsules to use as yogurt starter cultures, and they were entirely successful. No need to crush like tablets...the capsules can be pulled apart or cut open to sprinkle over a yogurt medium. First batch came out great!

I sprinkle this in my yogurt for extra probiotic benefits.
