Michigan and Wisconsin Rocks And Minerals Field Guide

This book is filled with all kinds of resources and some that I did not expect in a guide for rockhounding. It has everything starting with the history of rockhounding, equipment needed or not needed for a beginner, including rock collecting laws, sites where you can go rockhounding to even what you can do with the rocks you've collected. It even has a step by step instructions for jewelry wrapping. I'll definitely will be referring to this book quite often as I move forward into my new hobby.

Gotbthis guide for my daughter and grandsons. It came 3 days before they went to the U.P. for a week. They put it to use and brought back a bag of rocks.
