Vortex Air™ Pro - Bladeless Tower Fan (Heater & Cooler)

My order was delayed but what do you expect in a UK heatwave Quick message to vortex cleared it up. Limited on colour options but we needed a decent fan quickly. Fan arrived and is great, not really tried the heat function yet. Cooling wise, great product good speed, doesn't blow warm air at you like most fans do, it's actually cool air blasting at you. Very easy to set up, click the stand in, set your desired position, put batteries in the remote (they were supplied) and off you go. Can be a little noisy on the highest speed but it's not overbearingly loud. Worth the money and looks great

To start, it took 26 days to come, emailed the company 6 times, all i got back was copy and paste emails took them 14 days to dispatch, was out for delivery 7 days in a row the rest spent in transit. They use dx express an even bigger joke of a company that this one. No joke 2 heatwaves came and gone before this arrived. Embarrassment of a company i understand they was probably busy with the good weather, but come on 26 days is an absolute utter joke, the fan eventually arived and to be honest the cool setting isnt very cool and the power output is extremely underwhelming. Save your money, time, hastle and your sanity and spend that little extra and buy a dyson. They only get one star because i cant give negative. Customer service is also abysmal.

For the price i was expecting amazing things. As a fan to cool you down i was a bit disappointed. Its not much better then my £30 fan. On level 10 its better but bit noisy. My son can hear the tv over it. I by mistake once pressed yhe heating bit and it does heat up quickly. But i cant comment to much as i turned it straight off ..
