Misleading next day delivery. It was at least two weeks. However the actual product is fabulous. Particularly at night time use, was lovely, the sound was minimal and enabled a good nights sleep..

I am happy with my new vortex over all using it in this extreme heat recently,, I didn’t notice the temperature any cooler when pressing the minus button as it is meant to reduce down to 16 degrees celcius!

I have to say that it does blow cool air which is excellent, it's just a pity that it is in my house which is south facing and is being used on the hotest week ever ! That said it is doing a very good job and i wouldn't be without it. Easy to use and control and light enough to move around the home.
