I was impressed with both the product and the customer service. Shipping was fast, and the Aiden has been producing excellent coffee with very little effort. The brew quality is clean, balanced, and consistent. When I noticed a defect in the thermal carafe upon arrival, I contacted Fellow support with photos. Cindy responded quickly and arranged for a replacement carafe right away. The replacement is already on its way and expected within a few days. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind its products and take care of customers promptly. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the Aiden and the support experience.

Love this brewer the coffee it makes is great. The only issue i have had is that the scheduled brew setting doesn't work and says missed brew setting without any explanation. . . weird

It’s beautiful and makes great coffee. I really love all the customization options and the cold brew function is a HUGE plus!
