Beautiful Design, Disappointing Sound Quality

The packaging was very well cared for, and the instrument itself is visually beautiful. Unfortunately, the sound quality has been disappointing. I am not sure whether I am failing to activate it correctly, but I followed all the steps indicated in the instructions, and it does not produce a pleasant or consistent sound. Additionally, the flute does not include a case. This raises a concern regarding how it is meant to be safely stored or transported, especially considering its delicate nature. That said, I would like to sincerely thank you for your kindness and excellent follow-up throughout the purchasing process. Your customer service has been truly appreciated.

Time has not allowed me to play with it much but that time is coming. Mid I have questions I will be in touch. Quality flute….sounds so rich!
