Works great. We had a very dull chefs knife of good quality but uselessl . We did 7 passes with the sharpener and it was extremely sharp afterwards. Very easy to use.

A fantastic product! It's as close to a professional edge you can get with out being a sharpening master with wet stones. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to always have sharp knives. The roller is heavy weight, it rolls very smooth, and the disks are very secure on the magnet. The #3000 finishing disk is a great added bonus.
