PS100: HP Portable Document Scanner for Single-Sided Scanning

CONNECTION INTERRUPTIONS

WHEN IT WORKS, IT WORKS FINE, HOWEVER, I FREQUENTLY EXPERIENCE CONNECTION INTERRUPTION MESSAGE & AM FORCED TO REBOOT THE SCANNER SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER TO CONTINUE SCANNING. THIS HAPPENS OFTEN & IS RANDOM WITH THE FIRST SCANNED DOCUMENTS.

Hard to feed paper & encounters unknown error when I try to save

I was really excited to get this little scanner, but it's useless. It tries to suck in the paper before I can get it lined up then scans crooked or a black page. If I do manage to scan a document, when I save it I get "unknown error" and I have to force the program to close from task manager.

New scanner

My first time for using my MacBook connected to scanner was great product with my collection old papers pasted my old school and job. Also, I had a few glossy photo papers. Good recommendation!
