Lithophane Maker Desktop

I have only been able to print one photo with it. I have attempted to print six or seven and they all do the exact same thing, at about 20mm up it starts to print sporadically.

I purchased the desktop version mainly for its color lithophane feature. Unfortunately, the generated files are missing data, making the feature unreliable. I emailed support about this issue almost a month ago, but I have received no response at all. The only emails I've received are requests to leave a review. I don't know when this software was last updated, but it feels like development has stopped. The lack of customer support and updates is very disappointing.

It worked absolutely beautifully, very pleased with the process
