Ordered extra insoles to improve the shoe fit & extra padding for me. The insoles were easy to add into shoe, an exact fit.

Very good insoles
I bought these to add some extra cushioning to my new Bae trainers while I’m still transitioning to barefoot. They’re very comfortable ans flexible. Can’t really comment on any grounding benefits yet.
