Great Bike for someone 200lbs or less/Great Quality

I was surprised at the quality of this electric bike. Super sturdy and well built. It is perfect for someone who is 200lbs or less. Anyone over 200lbs should go one step up for two springs on the frame for more support and less "bottom out" to happen. Super fast and powerful battery.

This bike is great for the price the speed the range the tourqe but there are a few things that i want people to be aware of when buying this bike. Dont get me wrong the range is as good or better than a stock surron but of you are doing wheelies and going over 20mph the whole time your range is cut in half. also this hike HATES any type of hill. Also the bolts on this bike stripe really easily and they use alot of lock tight on every bolt. And i really suggest to anyone to buys this bike to buy up upgrades back brakes that are on your non throttle side. Now the speed and tourqe. The tourqe is really good when you are on a full charge but once it drops below 4 bars the tourqe isnt as good wotch you would expect from a hub motor ebike. The speed is the most reliable part about this bike. Im able to keep up with surrons and talarias and erides and my bike tops out at 42 mph going down hill and on flat ground 38mph but the screen stop counting at 36mph.

Disappointing - Missing parts and no customer support

The shipping was great and the bike arrived quickly. I was really excited to open it, but all that excitement ended when I started assembling it. The bike is missing both the rear fenders and the ducktail seat extension. It just doesn't look the way it’s supposed to because those two key pieces are completely gone. I already tried contacting customer support about the missing parts, but I haven't received any response yet, which is honestly very disappointing. I haven't even tested the bike because I feel it's incomplete without those accessories. On top of that, I’ve been trying to find a compatible long seat so two people can ride on it, but it’s proving to be extremely difficult and I haven't found anything yet. I just bought this bike two days ago, and so far, this has been a really frustrating experience.
