Bad: This scooter is so terrible, it falls apart easily, the screws are easy to lose, the scooter looses battery power much quicker than it was advertised to and on top of it all, the distance it goes is less than what was advertised as well, just barely over 3 miles before it loses almost all of its battery power, it didn't matter what speed settings or if assist mode was on or off either. The scooter is FIXED to lose battery quickly regardless of speed and strength. It's also clearly cheaply made and outsourced. The locking setting in the app is bad. The app is inconvenient and awkward to use, especially the Internet or a bluetooth connection. It was making weird noises the first time I activated and used it and is still making them this very day. Good: This scooter is surprisingly durable for a cheaply made unit, especially the wheels. It handles weight well and its maneuverability is quite smooth and efficient...but it unfortunately doesn't make up for all of the negative aspects

Great electric scooter for my 10 year old. I like that it has a sensor and stops moving when he gets off of it. Good safety features. It does go fast, but has an easy learning curve.
