The black piece on the lid broke in the garbage disposal and I was so bummed about it because this cup is my favorite! I emailed customer service and they sent me a whole new lid. They really helped me out!!

Great lid, until it isn't

Howdy, I recently got another lid as a replacement for a prior one that broke while cleaning. Prior to breaking, it did what it needed to which was keep my hot beverage from spilling on me. I do wish that the lid was a little more leak resistant, but I just need to be more aware of where I place my tumbler when it's got liquid in it.
