Lid Replacement - Roam Mug

needing a rubberized element

The lid fits really well and screws on just as the original part but is noticeably missing a rubberized element to properly seal the opening. Unlike the original, this lid's central piece (black sliding component ) is entirely plastic and freely slides over the opening. It doesn't create a good enough seal to be trusted if it were tipped over. The original is much more of a snug fit and features a better material to stop any liquid from spilling. I like the product well enough, but it calls short of making this an excellent lid.

Excellent Replacement & Customer Service

The little black slider broke on this for my tumbler & customer service was excellent in getting me a replacement. I bought my tumbler at my hometown bakery shop and love it. I was so glad I was able to order just the lid to keep enjoying it!!!
