User error then wow

When I first tried the binos from my downtown balcony, I only saw blackness. Wrote an email and All-star was back to me in a few minutes telling me if the if a large field of view. I gave it a go at the cottage, and WOW! So neat to see our star but also to see a sun spot! CRAZY! Thanks to All-star for the hand holding... Can hardly wait to see the eclipse.
