Top-notch customer service! They addressed my concerns professionally and sent a replacement right away. The replacement works amazingly well—the neck cooler feels like ice, even in blistering heat. I couldn't be happier with how they handled everything. It also has 3 modes : Fan (F) Cool (C) & P (Heating / Power Mode): Activates the thermal warming plates on the device to provide heat during the colder days. Im still learning this one, but I love it.

A lifesaver

It is without a doubt a vast improvement for the summer heat. I was a bit skeptical at first but when you are in a country where air conditioners are few and far between, this device certainly helps you cool down. It is far from perfect, but I cannot envision surviving through summer without it.
