I love my COOLiFY Air it has definitely saved me in this extreme heat that we've been having, also when I have to do work in my south facing kitchen, as well as working in my office. I also suffer with underlying illness, that doesn't agree with this extreme heat which for me has been horrendous, but with this neck air it helps me to cope, that was my main reason for purchasing this. Battery life on this neck air works well, for how long I need to use this device.

I made an error with my initial order--realized it after I hit "send". I sent an email to the address provided on their website. Got a prompt response saying my order would be corrected and offering an apology for the error-even though it was my error-not theirs. Sure enough I got exactly what I wanted right on time. It arrived in a very high quality package -similar in quality to packages from Apple. Consistent with its packaging my neck fan is very high quality and has worked great. I am very pleased with service and product.
