So far the product's been really good. However there was some issues at the beginning. The first one I ordered unfortunately arrived DOA and after speaking to support which was an exceptionally experience, they were able to send out a new one in very short succession and although I had to still wait for the China to UK shipping times. Ultimately I'm very happy with the product and the service I received

It is a nice item, very strong. The product looks premium, the box, accessories, everything but unfortunately it is really noiser, and I am not exaggerating when I say noiser haha even 40% of the capacity the noise might be disturbing the ambient. Anyway, nothing is perfect isn’t?!

Funziona benissimo ed è arrivato velocemente dal produttore fino in Europa. Consiglio questo Fan in quanto è regolabile su tantissime velocità, oltre ad avere altri accessori ed una torcia integrata. Raffredda molto bene 🔝
