P7 torch refurbishment

this torch is my favorite (of 4 led lensers i use daily) for highly skilled aviation inspections, the lumens and light spread are perfect to show details without excessive shine back. i dropped my torch from approx 50ft, the only issue was a internally cracked battery compartment at the switch. this replacement battery and switch unit have completely refurbished a 6 year old torch to "new" condition at a fraction of the cost, it is a highly recommended. replacement part.

My dear son presented me with his P7 torch. He couldn’t open the battery compartment. After much grunting I managed to get it open to witness a large amount of corrosion from leaked (and unattended) batteries. I tried to clean up the contents but the battery cage was beyond repair. I wrote to LEDlenser UK. They quickly replied that I could purchase a new battery holder and switch. It was a fair price and brought the torch back to life. Brilliant, literally. Great service!
