Love this RO system

While I wish changing out filters was simpler, the quality of the water is worth the trouble! Swapping filters isn't really that difficult, but we seem to make a mess whenever we do it 'cuz we forget to turn off a valve, or don't tighten the inserts enough. One day, they'll improve the system so it's more plug & play, but until then, very satisfied with the product.

System working perfectly !

We have used our APEC ROES-50 system for 7 years. Filter replacement is easy, and a little messy. Water continues to taste great !

filter shipping problem

I made three order at the same time. They were all shipped seperately and arrived at different times. The DHL shipper transferred the shipping on two items to USPS stating that they were delivered but one of them actually arrived 2 days later. the products are good but the shipping was confusing.
