It’s the first time I have taken gummies for hair, nails and skin, and maybe too early to pass any comments. To be honest I think there has been an improvement in my nails, so maybe they are making a difference. Willing to give the product a little longer, wait and see scenario.

Running out of first bottle and there's a bit of nail growth not sure if it's worth buying more
