XL Nutrition XTRA Mass Gainer 5.2kg

Mixes well, good flavour, I have 3 scoops twice a day and mix in flavourless creatine and electrolytes.. seems to be working well so far ☺️ would buy again!

1st time using these after using myprotein and optimum nutrition, for the price u cant beat it but 4 heaped scoops is a little to much so I add 2& 1/2 scoops roughly 600kcal and 27g protein twice daily should be higher protein content
