I found this kit to be great. My stomach even appeared to be flatter the next day. The food that was sent was tasty..it didn't fill me up but kept me going. My only complaint is that the fish oil supplement left me burping up the sea all day long. That was awful.

This is great! The products in the one-day fasting kit taste very good and make doing a fast very easy. I wish the L shake and fasting bars had the same taste and result.
