Samsung BN59-01329G Remocon Smart TV Remote Control

Remote control came quickly. Had one problem (my fault) and it was answered quickly and efficiently.

We were at a loss, but when I called Samsung after a Spectrum technician told us our TV was "broke" they were quickly able to send a reset and I didn't have to toss a perfectly good TV. Also ordered a new remote and got it quickly.

The ones from amazon are trash. Ive gone through like 3 of those and none of them work. This one works wonders. Go with this one always
