Out $120 for remote that is supposed to be compatible with tv and won’t pair with it.

This is listed as a replacement for my original Samsung tv remote. However my tv is not on the list for compatible tv’s. Tried it regardless because I was told it would work. Now I’m out $120 for a remote thatwon’t pair to my tv.
