Took forever

I bought this for my son in law and he says it’s working great. I only put 4 stars because it took over a month to be delivered. The communication wasn’t that great. :/

Ridiculously expensive.

The remote functions well however it is ridiculously expensive. Although the remote works well it is very fragile. The solar panel on the back of one of these remotes has cracked from accidentally leaning on it while on the bed. Even if the quality of these remotes were a little better the remote is still way too expensive. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves selling their replacement television remotes for so much money. As a customer who has supported the Samsung television brand for years, replacing these remotes when they break is one of the biggest turn offs about the brand because these remotes are so expensive to replace. Spending $80-$100 dollars for an OEM replacement remote is ridiculous.
